Bio

Dr. Roseberry Lytle is Director of the Outreach and Education division at the Institute for Learning & Brain Sciences. As part of the I-LABS Outreach division, Sarah has presented and communicated scientific findings to parents, educators, and opinion leaders and has had the opportunity to feature I-LABS research in several keynote addresses.

Sarah was previously a Postdoctoral Fellow at I-LABS working under the supervision of Dr. Patricia Kuhl. Before coming to the Institute, she earned a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame and a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology at Temple University, where she worked with Dr. Kathy Hirsh-Pasek. Both at I-LABS and at Temple, Sarah’s research focused on the role of social interactions in infants’ and toddlers’ language learning and how social cues might help toddlers learn from screen media.
